Donate to Our Auction

Your donation helps SELF support our communities while giving attendees the opportunity to discover distinctive goods, services, experiences, and packages.

Donor recognition: Unless anonymity is requested, every donor will be listed on the paper auction form used during the silent auction.

Benefits for Higher-Value Donations

These recognition benefits apply to new items donated with their original tags and packaging.

$200–$399 Retail Value

  • Text listing on the auction donor webpage and in the program book.

$400–$699 Retail Value

  • Clickable 350 × 150 website banner on the auction donor webpage and one additional page.
  • Personal-size advertisement in the program book when received by May 1.

$700+ Retail Value

These donations may qualify for a sponsorship arrangement.

Information to Include

  1. The donor name to display, or “anonymous.”
  2. The name of each item or basket.
  3. The estimated retail value.
  4. A complete description of the donation.

Donation Guidelines

  1. No T-shirts are accepted.
  2. Clothing and footwear must be clearly labeled with the size. New items are preferred; used items must be in excellent condition.
  3. Books must be in new or good condition.
  4. Items intended for intimate use must be new and in their original unopened packaging.
  5. Gift baskets should have a clear, cohesive theme.
  6. Classes and event packages must state whether they are transferable.
  7. Items deemed unacceptable because of legal restrictions, appropriateness, or condition will not be returned.
