We really appreciate our volunteers' willingness to help SELF be a memorable event and run smoothly. We could not produce SELF without the help and dedication of our volunteer staff. We hope you have an enjoyable time and that you come back for many years to enjoy and experience SELF! Thank you for your interest in volunteering at SELF!
The process of becoming a SELF Volunteer:
1. Fill out the volunteer application form below. Please wait to purchase your weekend package or register for the event until you receive instructions.
2. You will receive a welcome email with your next steps. Registering before you receive an email with instructions will cause issues with your discount. Register as soon as possible using the instructions sent to you.
3. Volunteer shifts and Bootblack hours are available on a first come, first served basis. Register prior to January 11 to be part of the first group to schedule.
4. You are required to attend one zoom training session for each position you select. If you sign up for more than one position, you need to attend one training for each.
5. We will review your schedule and confirm that you are signed up for the correct number of hours.
6. Sign in and out for all shifts at the volunteer table during the event.
7. Have fun—we're glad to have you on the team!
PLEASE NOTE:
*If you’re planning to present, host, or take on another key role at the event, thank you! We truly appreciate your contribution. However, those roles don’t qualify for volunteer discounts, and we aren’t able to offer a volunteer registration code for other departments.
*Volunteer codes are non-transferable and must be used by the person doing the volunteer work.
