SELF Party Bragging Rights Contest & Judging Information

Are you going to claim your Party Bragging Rights?!
Are you going to claim your portion of $1400 of prizes??

As a party host you could win one of the following categories:

Best decorations
Best booze
Best original idea
Best food
Most fun
Friendliest
AND The Ultimate Party!!

Be the champ and get bragging rights for the year, a sash by winning in any of the above categories,
and an extra full package for your hosted event next year!!!

The party who wins the most points wins The Ultimate Party!
The Ultimate Party winner will receive $75 at your hosted event next year!!!

So, show your PRIDE, fly your colors, make a theme, decorate, show your heritage,
and make your fabulous soiree SELF FUN worthy!!

Contest will be judged by registered SELF participants who signed up for a random drawing to be a Party Judge and Fun Staff. Prizes will be awarded Sunday morning in Georgia Pre-function at 10am by the bootblack stands. I can’t wait to see what you come up with!!

RULES FOR PARTY JUDGES

Judges are to be identified with a sash.
Judges will be randomly drawn from those that signed up to be a Party Judge.
Judges will cover all parties on their assigned days.
There will be a total of 4 judges per day. 3 picked randomly and one assigned from the fun team.
Judges will rate each party from the sheets given to them.
Judges can be plied with food and drink!
Judges will attend each party for a minimum of 15 minutes near the beginning of the party. Once they have made the rounds of all parties for that day they will turn in their judging clip board in the fun office.
Hosts cannot be Party Judges.
Hosts with the most points in that category will win that category. The host with the most overall points wins The Ultimate Party!

*NOTE: On the day of your judging, selected judges should plan to meet Lady Victoria in room CR131 at 6:15pm to get your sashes, schedules, and judging books. There will be a brief orientation to go over your responsibilities.
