Website banner specifications
- Preferred dimensions: 1200 × 450 pixels (8:3 aspect ratio)
- Minimum dimensions: 800 × 300 pixels
- Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, or WebP
- Recommended maximum file size: 300 KB
- Safe area: Keep names, logos, and essential text at least 50 pixels from every edge.
Use a clear, high-contrast image that remains readable when displayed about 294 pixels wide.
Square logos
Square logos are accepted, but they display smaller inside the horizontal sponsor card. When possible, place a square logo on a 1200 × 450 background that matches the sponsor’s branding. Do not stretch a square logo until it becomes distorted.
File naming
Use a simple, descriptive filename with lowercase letters and hyphens. Include the event year when the artwork is year-specific.
Example: 2026-sponsor-your-name.webp

Registration Bag Stuffers

Post-purchase you will be contacted via email and an address to ship your goods will be provided. 800 items/stuffers are required and must be provided by you. Last day to buy this is May 24th and your stuffers must arrive to us by June 1st. |  |
