Over their combined years of experience, our Co Presenters for this class, have served on boards or in groups as leaders and facilitators across the Gulf Coast. In their experience they have led or currently co lead groups centered on Leather, relationship Dynamics, their local communities, and more. This class will cover what it takes to be in leadership, how to effectively govern large and diverse groups of people, tackling conflict resolution, as well as how to avoid burnout, how to find support when needed, and what to do when tackling tough situations that don't personally resonate. Leadership is service to the community and is not exclusive to Masters and Dominants. We hope to impart some wisdom from personal leadership experience as well as possibly encourage others to consider becoming leaders when they feel the time is right for themselves.
