In a Master/slave dynamic, it is often challenging for the Master to find the right balance between control and compassion. Even in a high-level authority-based relationship there needs to be an understanding that “everything” can’t fall on the shoulders of the slave. We will look at the dynamics of a M/s relationship and discuss how to incorporate compassion without compromising control in our daily lives.
